Job Summary
Mission Brief
As our new (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist youll be part of our Talent Attraction team (AudeStephanie and Michaela) to ensure we hire the best talent with a focus on roles for our production site. You will proactively source train interviewers on hiring techniques and manage the full cycle recruiting process to ensure that we have a steady source of talent for our growing company. Act as a first point of contact as a brand ambassador for Isar Aerospace.
We are a small team with very ambitious goals looking for a mission-driven individual to reach our goals together!
Your Role in Our Space Mission:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand the job requirements and skill sets of a role
- Conduct and coordinate candidate interviews
- Manage the pipeline of candidates both immediate and long term leads to ensure an outstanding candidate experience
- Together with the team deliver and track most important recruitment KPIs
- Develop and implement creative sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Be involved in personnel marketing and employer branding projects by driving initiatives
Qualification Checklist
- Bachelors or masters degree in business psychology or related degree or equivalent
- Ideally at least 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience 7 for Senior
- Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
- Experience working in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and negotiation skills
- Outstanding organization and attention to detail
- Fluent in English and German
Bonus Skills
- High volume recruiting sourcing and recruiting coordination experience in a growing organisation
- Blue-collar hiring experience
- In-house recruitment experience
