Job Summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree

  • U.S. customer relationship management experience preferred

  • Intermediate analytical problem solving critical thinking and proactive investigative skills

  • Strong communicationskills (verbal & written)

  • Ability to follow SOPs and be detail oriented

  • Intermediate Excel and Outlook skills

  • Basic SQL knowledge - ability to run andmodifyqueries ()

  • Ability to process data entry work in multiple systems and applications (i.e. TMSSalesForce SAP etc.)

  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and train and coach others

  • Ability to handle a fast-paced transactional environment

  • 3years experiencein related field

  • Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts principles and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks

  • Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity

  • Identifiespossible solutionsto a variety of technical problems andtakes actions to resolve

  • Work on differentbilling functions for small parcel and large freight workas needed

Job Responsibilities and accountabilitiesAllocates freight charges to a single General Ledger (GL) or Cost Center (CC) for ease of accounting

  • Validates accuracy of the freight charges

  • Connects the freight charge to the product invoice

  • Research unmatched customer shipment transactions to identifyappropriate PO# and/or cost center allocation detail for transaction to be invoiced to customer

  • Research exception lines -Identifyand root cause customer specific behaviors

  • Develop solution/sto fix issue/s

  • Participate in daily/weekly billing team meetings to review metrics openissuesetc.

  • Maintain team atmosphere conductive to a productive and positive work environment while achieving jobresponsibilities and goals

  • Demonstrates knowledge of financial processes systems controls and work streams.

  • Demonstrates experience working collaboratively in a finance environment coupled with strong internal controls.

  • Possesses understanding of service level goals andobjectiveswhen providing customer support.

  • Demonstrates ability to respond to non-standard requests from vendors and customers.

  • Possesses strong organizational skills and prioritizes getting the right things done.
