Salary:44250 per annum.

Location:Homebased. Must be Locatedpermanently in the UKand be willing to travel as neededto any part of the UK.

Contract:Fixed Term Contract -13 months 35 hours per week.

A bit about the role

We are seeking aSalesforceProject Manager todeliver anew Childrens Recording Systemanddecommissioning anend-of-lifeplatform(on-prem). You willoversee end-to-end delivery ensuring the new system meets operational needs and improves outcomes for children and families.

This role will be within the Technology Department working with a cross organisational Project Teamto deliver this solution.

Thisis a fully remote rolemostly working with teams of people who are also remotely some travelrequiredas part of this rolefor either departmental needs or to successfully deliver the project. It is essential though that you are happyand ableto work from home. The Technology department meetsin Watford & Central London so travel tothese locationwill be needed on asemi frequent basis.

TechnologyProject deliverywithinthe Third Sector or regional governmentis essential for this roleand must be clearlydemonstratedin your covering letter and CV.

• Delivery of fullthe full project lifecycle from planning to implementationto timecostand quality parameters including all relevant products and timescales for their delivery

• Ability to set upand lead project governance boards and working groups.

• Engage direct and support stakeholder involvement toparticipateand to enable achievement of project deliverables.

• Engage and work with Business Change and Business Analysts to ensure the realisation of benefits during the project lifecycle.

• Have good analytical skills.

• Manage project closure and handover to business as usual in a controlled way.

• Producetimelyand relevant reports for the key stakeholders and theproject steering group.

• Effectively manage project risks issues and dependencies usingappropriate projectmanagement techniques that adhere toPrince2project managementmethodology.

• Professional representation of the department and in so doing support the process of change to key stakeholders.

• Use ofour Project Management Software to control the project throughout its life cycle. We use Mission Control if you have experience of this software that would be beneficial.

Letstalk about you

• Experience of Project Management delivery withinthe third sectoror local government settingisessential.

• SalesforceEcosystem Project Management experience isdesirable but not essential

• You will haveexperience of delivering technology projects with a focus on infrastructure operationsIT Security& Applications.

• Proven experience delivering technology development projects end-to-end through the project lifecycle.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Familiarity with case managementsystems.

• Experience of the voluntary not-for-profit or public sector.

• Knowledge of data migration integration and change management.

• Project Management qualification Prince2 Foundation or higher.

• Happy to leadmeetings present work up to C-Suite.

• Willing to manage remote project teams and stakeholders and deliver projectsin this way.

• Experience of business analysis processmappingand re-engineering.

• Experience of delivering projects outputs and benefits through to realisation.

• Understanding whatgood design development and testinglookslike to enable robust discussions with technology resources and suppliers on the project.
