What this job involves:

• Assist in the execution of M&A and strategic advisory mandates across the energy transition and infrastructure sectors
• Conduct industry and company research prepare trading/transaction comps and build investor target lists
• Support the preparation of opportunity slides pitchbooks and marketing materials
• Assist in financial modelling and due diligence work
• Help accelerate research processes by leveraging access to Bloomberg BNEF CapIQ Inframation and internal GPT tools

Required Skills and Experience:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Finance Business Economics or a related field
• Full-time interns preferred part-time interns who can commit a minimum of 3 days a week are also welcome to apply
• Strong analytical Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Interest in energy transition and infrastructure sectors
• Proactive detail-oriented and resourceful mindset
• Experience with financial databases (Bloomberg CapIQ etc.) a plus
