• Uphold and embody the highest hospitality standards including LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) guidelines.

Qualifications :

• A hospitality enthusiast with a heart for service and a keen eye for detail.
• Experienced in front desk operations ideally in a luxury or boutique hotel setting.
• A confident communicator who thrives in both day and night shifts.
• Calm under pressure organized and always ready to make someones day better.
• Skilled in identifying guest needs and proactively offering upgrades or additional services to enhance their stay.
