Job Summary
What youll do
- Youre the first face our guests see and you have your own way of treating them as individuals making them feel welcome and their stay special - the Hox way.
- Deal with the coming and going of guests whether thats answering guest questions guiding them through the property or giving directions in the neighbourhood we call home.
- Jump in to help the team because teamwork is our middle name and youre a person whos not afraid to wear multiple hats.
- Show guests to their rooms giving information and helping with any amenities.
- Coordinating with front desk to manage guest luggage storage and handling guest luggage with care as if it were your own.
- Ensuring the lobby and entrance is kept tidy and presentable.
