- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding menus specials and restaurant services.
- Handle guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception and dining areas.
- Help out in table operations in serving clearance etc if needed.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a hostess or in a customer service role preferably in hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive and vibrant attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in reservation systems and basic computer skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
