Job Summary
Communicate with customers in professional manner & provide solution for specific requests as per process guidelines. Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy while providing the customer support.
Qualifications :
Travel Account
- High school graduate no BPO experience required.
Good customer service skills
Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
Can start ASAP
Note: Applicants falling under new K-12 Curriculum should be graduates of senior high school however under the old (before K-12) curriculum high school graduates are welcome to apply. Education proofs should be submitted at the time of joining/offer.
