Were excited to be opening a brand-new Bamboo Sushi location in Bend Oregon in early 2026 and were looking for friendly organized and guest-focused Hosts to be the first point of connection for everyone who walks through our doors.

What Youll Do

As a Host at Bamboo Sushi youll help set the tone for the entire guest experience. Youll work closely with both FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service thoughtful seating and a warm welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and seating guests with genuine hospitality
• Managing waitlists and reservations with accuracy and care
• Supporting FOH and BOH teams to ensure timely and consistent service
• Assisting fellow team members to meet guest needs
• Following all company policies food safety and sanitation standards

What You Bring

• Friendly professional and guest-first attitude

Preferred:

• 1 year of experience in a high-volume or guest-facing hospitality role
• Familiarity with dining room service standards and procedures
