Job Summary

One You Love Homecare Bridgewater is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide care to seniors in a safe secure professional environment under the direction and guidance of the skilled (RN).
Responsibilities:

Provide personal care services including bathing grooming and dressing assistance.

Assist clients with mobility and physical activities to promote independence.

Help with household tasks such as light cleaning meal preparation laundry and driving clients to doctor appointments

Engage with clients through conversation and activities that enhance their day and support their mental well-being.

Document care tasks and communicate effectively with both the client and our management team.

Qualifications:

Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting eager to improve and continuously learn new skills

Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation every single day

Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner

Prior experience in a healthcare hospitality or in-home care environment

CHHA License in NJ

Willingness to enforce health and safety standards

Supportive and compassionate

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience as a Caregiver
