Responsibilities for Service Technician

• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately

• Diagnose maintain and repair vehicle systems (engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes air conditioning etc.)

• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and special service equipment

• Communicate effectively with the Service Advisor regarding additional repairs and estimated time for completion

• Execute repairs under warranty and follow manufacturer specifications

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications for Service Technician

• Ford Certification

• ASE Certification preferred

• Minimum 2 years of Service Technician experience (Ford dealership experience preferred)

• B-Level qualifications including diagnostics electrical and engine repair

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to operate diagnostic and electronic equipment

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Basic computer literacy

• Positive team-oriented attitude

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
