Key Responsibilities:
Direct new clinical initiatives and projects to support organizational strategy and scorecard goals.
Evaluate and improve education programs using data-driven frameworks.
Develop success metrics and coach team members to achieve goals.
Collaborate with HR business and operational leaders on needs assessments onboarding and professional development programs.
Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies not limited to CMS OSHA Virginia Department of Health and The Joint Commission.
Work with instructional designers to create effective training content.
Assist with budget planning and resource allocation.
The following measurable outcomes will be used to evaluate performance:
Program Effectiveness:Percentage of education programs meeting defined quality standards.
Regulatory Compliance:Zero deficiencies in audits related to regulatory agencies.
Budget Adherence:Maintain expenses within approved budget limits.
Project Delivery:Completion of initiatives on time within scope and clearly demonstrated outcomes.
Employee Engagement:Improvement in engagement scores linked to education initiatives.
Metric Reporting:Timely and accurate reporting of success metrics to leadership.
Vendor Performance:Evaluation and approval of external vendors meeting quality and cost standards.
Education: Bachelors degree in human resources organizational development business or related field required.
Experience: 7 years of experience in Human Resources or related function with a minimum of 3 years management experience required.
Licensure certification and/or registration: None.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge of related laws & regulations. Experience with complex project management communication strategies and programs; and leadership of multi-disciplinary teams with facilitation outside scope of direct reports required. Demonstrated strategic skills in business planning with sound technical skills analytical ability good judgment strong operational focus and financial acumen. Proficient computer system knowledge. Proven ability to meet business outcomes.
