We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to develop and support production processes create clear work instructions and ensure efficient manufacturing operations. This role is instrumental in driving production excellence Quality and Efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Under the guidance of manufacturing engineers create and maintain detailed work instructions for production processes.
  • Support production line operations and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
  • Assist in the implementation and support of MES systems PLM systems (e.g. Windchill) and CAD tools.

Basic Qualifications

  • Candidate should have a HS Diploma/GED and 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • 4 years experience supporting Electro-Mechanical Assembly and operations with a minimum of 1 year of assembly instruction writing.
  • Proficiency in writing clear and concise work instructions.
  • Experience using Factory Logix (Aegis) to generate PCBA process plans
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Willingness to be hands-on and support production floor activities.
  • Candidate must be a resident of the Northern Alabama area or willingto relocate to the area
  • Candidate must have the ability to obtain/maintain a final secret security clearance if required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in process development and production support.
  • Experience with Solumina Aegis Windchill MES systems and SolidWorks or other CAD software.
  • Familiarity with aerospace defense or other high-reliability manufacturing industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments and lead process improvement initiatives.

Pay Range $59150.00 - $106925.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other law.
