Job Summary

Speaks Law Firmis seeking an experiencedNC licensed Attorneyto join our well-established nationally recognized firm. Our firm is deeply committed to client advocacy and we pride ourselves on delivering excellence in every case we manage. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Accountable formedical oversight performed by case managers case values utilizing subject matter experts negotiating claims referring to and assisting litigation
Maintain effective communication with clients per the firms standards and expectations
Ensurethat overall best strategies are utilized for negotiations andact as mentor to case managers and/or any direct reports
Collaboratewith firm leadership to maximize outcomes
Assist with exceptional cases at the discretion of Senior Leadership.

Desired Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of two (2) plusyears of NC personal injuryexperience
Must be an active member of the NC Bar Association
Active member of SC Bar Association a plus
Bilingual English and Spanish a plus
Proficiency in writing research and negotiation
Intermediate to advanced computer skills required
Experience with Needles Neos Case Management Software a plus
