What Youll Do

• Keep our building safe & functional: Handle daily maintenance requests repairs and assist with emergencies.
• Use your technical skills: Work with plumbing electrical HVAC boilers and more to keep systems running smoothly.
• Support new residents: Prepare rooms and ensure each space is ready for move-ins.
• Promote safety & compliance: Assist with inspections work with contractors and follow building codes and safety standards.
• Lend a hand with residents: Help with outings appointments and provide a friendly helpful presence in the community.
• Take care of the details: Maintain cleanliness follow safety protocols and respond with a positive attitude.

What Were Looking For

• Maintenance or repair experience (plumbing electrical HVAC or related fields).
• A problem-solver who enjoys variety in their day.
• Friendly approachable and willing to interact with seniors and staff.
• Flexibility to help with occasional weekend or evening needs.
