Our law firm is positioned as Floridas Premier Residential Construction Law Firm for Homeowners. We help homeowners before during and after their custom home builds and major home renovation projects. This is a niche within the construction law niche that we are currently set to dominate through value-added services.
The firm is on track for aggressive growthand we need a client-service-oriented full-time REMOTE BUT PREFERABLY FLORIDA-BASED Receptionist to join our team.
The role involves empathetically fielding calls from potential new clients and pre-qualifying them before they are scheduled to speak with the Client Intake Manager. You will also be fielding all other calls that come into the firm from our existing clients opposing law firms expert witnesses and Judicial Assistants. You will also be accurately entering data into the Firms CRM system and lead tracking spreadsheets.

- Record and track calls from leads into the Firms CRM software and tracking spreadsheets
- Empathetically pre-qualify potential new clients and schedule for further conversations with our Intake and Sales people.
- Provide A customer service to our existing clients and all others who call our Firm.
- Handle electronic mail per Firm policy including downloading and saving documents to our document management system
- Provide administrative support to other team members
- Provide backup and support to Client Intake Manager as necessary
- Print various reports from the Firms software systems for the Owner
You must have exceptional communication skills and have a smile in your voice!
Other requirements include:
- Conveys confidence and empathy on the phone and is comfortable speaking with professionals and high-net-worth individuals
- Well-versed in taking phone calls and handling stressful situations.
- Heightened Attention to Detail.
- Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic CRM software
- The minimum education requirement for this job is a high school diploma or equivalent
