As a Speech-Language Pathologist at The Learning Spectrum you will help students with autism and related special needs strengthen their communication language and social skills. Youll collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of educators and therapists to create individualized treatment plans that empower each student to reach their full potential.

What Youll Need

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Current Ohio licensure in Speech Pathology

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or actively working toward completion

  • Experience supporting students with autism or using Applied Behavior Analysis (preferred)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams

What Youll Do

  • Evaluate diagnose and treat speech language and communication disorders

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals

  • Collaborate with teachers behavior analysts and occupational therapists to support learning and communication

  • Provide therapy during school hours within an academic calendar schedule

  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress with families and interdisciplinary teams
