The opportunity

Hitachi Energy for our Transformers Business Unit is looking for a Continuous Improvement Wharehouse Specialist based in our factory in Córdoba. This role is focused on driving continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations internal logistics and material flow with a strong emphasis on inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

How Youll Make an Impact

  • Lead improvement projects related to warehouse management material replenishment and logistics processes.

  • Implement and optimize the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) methodology to ensure accurate and efficient inventory and material handling.

  • Support Just-in-Time (JIT) delivery Kanban systems and waste reduction initiatives.

  • Ensure materials are available at the right time and place to minimize downtime and improve operational flow.

  • Analyze logistics data to identify improvement opportunities and define actionable plans.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and factory leadership to align on priorities and execution.

  • Drive improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse efficiency inventory accuracy and material availability.

Your Background

  • Bachelors degree in logistics business administration industrial engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations internal logistics material replenishment or continuous improvement in industrial environments.

  • Hands-on experience with PFEP Kanban JIT and material flow optimization.

  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (L6S) is a plus.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to lead initiatives across teams without direct authority.

  • Fluent in English and willing to travel up to 50%.
