Synergie Australiaare seeking an experienced Hydraulic Technician to join a defence-focused maritime operation supporting naval vessels. This role is responsible for the maintenance repair installation and fault-finding of hydraulic systems in a highly regulated Defence environment.
This opportunity is ideal for a trade-qualified technician with strong hydraulic experience who is safety-focused and comfortable working to strict compliance standards.

Pay rate:- $48ph Pens
Shift: Monday to Friday 06:30 - 15:00 with Potential of OT.
Location:Henderson
Perform scheduled and breakdown maintenance and repair of hydraulic systemsincluding pumps valves cylinders manifolds and pipework
Install commission and test hydraulic systems and components on naval vessels
Conduct system testing calibration and performance verification
Diagnose hydraulic faults using schematics manuals and diagnostic equipment
Replace or repair defective hydraulic components as required
Complete accurate maintenance records reports and documentation
Comply with DefenceWHS and industry safety standardsat all times
Work collaboratively with engineers technicians and naval personnel
Identify opportunities for system improvements and efficiency gains
Trade qualification or completed in Hydraulicsor Mechanical fitting
Proven experience working with hydraulicsystemsin a maritime naval industrial or heavy equipment environment
Strong understanding of hydraulic principles and components
Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical drawings
Experience using diagnostic tools and hydraulic test equipment
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure in time-sensitive environments

Ability to obtain Police Clearance and Defence security passes
Ability to pass medical and site-based safety requirements
Experience working on naval vessels or defence projects
Hydraulic fitting certification
Confined Space Working at Heights Fire Safety and First Aid certifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Reliable punctual and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills
