Job Summary
Synergy Care is looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist possible Program Manager for an open Full Time position in Lake Charles LA. fWe are looking for someone who will provide quality patient care and be a team player. Our facilities are primarily long-term care.

In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months. You must hold a valid National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification and you must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as an Occupational Therapist.
