Job Summary

WHO YOULL WORK WITH

As the Senior Manager for Brand Initiatives & Kids you will collaborate with teammates across Nike to create bold innovative ways to inspire and connect with athletes* through sport and culture. You will report directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing for Nike Southeast Asia & India (SEA&I) and serve as a key member of the SEA&I Marketing Leadership Team.

You will partner daily with cross-functional teammates in Singapore Philippines Thailand India Indonesia Malaysia and Asia-Pacific Latin America (APLA). Your team will include a Lead Brand Initiatives & Kids who will report directly to you.

To build integrated plans you will work closely with internal and external partners across Geography Territory and City Teams Brand Marketing Brand Creative Integrated Media Retail Marketing Digital Marketing Energy Marketing Communications Sports Marketing Brand Planning & Operations Marketplace Merchandising Sales Finance Operations Legal and agency/event partners.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Brand Marketing based in Singapore to lead our Brand Initiatives & Kids team in Southeast Asia and India (SEA&I). This individual will play a pivotal role in executing some of Nikes most impactful global campaigns and shaping the Nike brand with a focus on Cricket Basketball and Nike Kids marketing.

To thrive in this role you must be an innovative storyteller who values visionary thinking teamwork and imagination to foster an inclusive culture. A passion for sport relentless curiosity about the consumer and belief in Nikes brand vision are essential.

You will lead a cross-functional marketing team build brand strategy and drive end-to-end integrated marketing plans. A deep understanding of Cricket and Basketball combined with knowledge of sport athletes and youth culture in SEA&I is critical.

  • Bachelors Degree

  • 8 years of experience in brand management consumer marketing or related fields within sports consumer brands digital/streaming platforms or creative agencies; 2 years additional experience in lieu of a degree.

  • Genuine passion and knowledge for training wellness and sport.

  • Ability to think strategically lead initiatives manage project teams and timelines and influence effectively.

  • Strong information-seeking skills with the ability to balance creativity and operational excellence in a fast-moving ambiguous environment.

  • A team-first mentality with a commitment to coaching and mentoring others. Deep appreciation for collaboration cultural nuances and excellence in people skills.

WHAT YOULL WORK ON

In this role you will partner with Nike leaders across Southeast Asia India and Asia-Pacific Latin America to deliver impactful global and local brand initiatives focusing primarily on Cricket Basketball and Kids. Youll drive integrated marketing strategies build consumer experiences oversee campaigns manage budgets and lead a high-performing marketing team to maximize brand engagement and business growth.

  • Partner with Nike leaders in SEA&I and APLA to plan and execute global brand initiatives localizing and extending campaigns using key marketing levers.

  • Lead Cricket initiatives including long-term corporate strategy marketing campaigns and activations in collaboration with the India team.

  • Guide Basketball initiatives brand strategy campaigns and activations with the Philippines team.

  • Drive territory and city-specific projects to enhance consumer experiences and accelerate brand engagement and growth opportunities.

  • Direct consumer brand strategy for Cricket Basketball and Kids leading your team to execute priority brand concepts and create clear inspiring briefs for marketing functions.

  • Gain consumer insights identify tension points and trends and integrate products into marketing initiatives.

  • Oversee the development of seasonal campaigns manage asset creation and distribution across multiple channels.

  • Author integrated marketing plans foster external relationships to extend brand influence and generate positive word-of-mouth.

  • Lead the end-to-end marketing process inspire collaboration through presentations and meetings and communicate with confidence.

  • Coach and mentor the Lead role ensuring growth and development through Nikes performance management process.

  • Plan and manage budgets with the operations team to maximize resources and deliver on time.

  • Measure success by tracking improvements in brand strength consumer engagement and business growth.
