Job Summary
Position Description
We are is seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our door-to-door canvassing team in Stittsville this role you will represent the company by engaging directly with homeowners introducing them to our home renovation services and identifying potential clients who may be interested. This position is ideal for individuals looking to develop strong communication sales and customer engagement skills in a professional setting.
Canvassers will work independently and collaboratively to generate leads through in-person outreach. Full training and all necessary equipment will be provided to ensure your success in the role. No prior experience is required though a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
Compensation
Hourly wage: $17.00$23.00 per hour
Additional earnings: Performance-based lead commissions
Key Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned neighbourhoods
Engage homeowners in professional respectful conversations
Clearly communicate the value and benefits of Student Works services
Identify and record potential customer leads accurately
Represent the company in a positive and professional manner
