Position Responsibilities:
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
Resolve licensing issues for onboarding and renewals
Liaise with regulators and monitor applications
Maintain compliance monitoring programs
Complete license applications and manage documentation
Support digitization and process improvements
Analyze licensing data and prepare reports
Required Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Technical aptitude and experience with licensing platforms (e.g. Salesforce).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset. If the successful candidate is in Québec proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.
Familiarity with compliance monitoring programs and regulatory audits.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency with data management tools and reporting systems.

Salary range is expected to be between
$50100.00 CAD - $83500.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location please contact for the salary range for your location.
