About the Role
As a Carer youll enable residents to live well by showing loving care in all that you do. You will:

• Build genuine connections with residents understanding their needs and preference
• Assist with personal and daily care including showering grooming meals and mobility
• Support residents in activities that bring joy and meaning to their day
• Encourage choice and independence always respecting dignity
• Provide feedback to supervisors to ensure care plans reflect changing need

Were seeking carers who can commit to at least three shifts per week across our AM and PM rosters to ensure consistency and strong connections with our residents.

What do we need from you

• Holds (or commencing) a Certificate III in Aged Care or is undertaking Undergraduate Registered Nurse training
• Is physically able to carry out duties safely and efficiently
• Has basic computer skills and is open to ongoing learning
• Communicates clearly and compassionately with residents families and team members
• Understands and appreciates BaptistCares Christian identity and values
