If youre a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist who enjoys practicing solid patient-centered medical dermatology this position is for you. This is a physician-owned private practice in a desirable northwest suburb outside Chicago thats growing steadily and thoughtfully. The need is real the support is strong and the practice is thoughtfully run.

Position Overview:

A four-day workweek one location no juggling. Youll see an average of 3040 patients per day in a well-run clinic that values consistency and flow not overbooking for the sake of volume.
Medical dermatology at the core with flexibility to expand. Your primary focus is general medical dermatology with the option to add surgical or cosmetic procedures if and when you want no pressure either way.
Support that actually supports you. Experienced medical assistants scribe notes prep rooms assist with procedures and handle cleanup while a strong administrative team keeps the day moving smoothly.
A modern spacious clinic that feels good to work in. State-of-the-art equipment a welcoming environment and a small collaborative team that takes pride in delivering high-quality care.
Straightforward compensation and long-term upside. Guaranteed base salary plus production bonus medical / dental / vision coverage and a 401(k) with profit sharing all within a practice that has strong payer relationships and excellent reimbursement rates.
This role is available due to growth not turnover.

Youll be close to some of Chicagos most desirable suburbs with an easy commute into downtown typically around 3545 minutes depending on traffic.
