What Youll Do:

As a Crew Team Member your day will be dynamic and rewarding. Your primary responsibilities may include:

• Customer Service Excellence
  Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm take accurate orders and ensure exceptional hospitality at every interactionfront counter drive-thru or dining room.
• Food Preparation & Quality Control
  Prepare McDonalds world-famous food according to Gold Standard procedures. Maintain food safety hygiene and accuracy at all times.
• Cleanliness & Organization
  Contribute to the cleanliness of the restaurantdining area restrooms kitchen and equipment. Maintain a safe and sanitary environment at all times.
• Team Collaboration
  Support fellow crew members and management by executing tasks with precision and a positive attitude. Rotate between positions to maintain service flow and cover all aspects of operations.
