What Youll Do

• Greet and assist students faculty and guests with professionalism and warmth
• Operate a POS system including registers scanners and card terminals
• Accurately handle cash cards refunds and exchanges
• Keep your station and dining area clean and organized
• Help restock grab-and-go items and assist with light food prep
• Maintain transaction records and complete daily cash reports
• Step in to support the team with additional duties as needed

What Youll Need

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Food Handlers Certificate (required)
• ServeSafe Certification (can be obtained through internal training)
• Pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to stand for extended periods lift up to 50 lbs and handle fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and basic math skills
• Friendly service-minded attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed

Preferred Experience

• Cashier or customer service experience in food service college campuses healthcare hospitality or fast food
• Comfortable working independently in the front-of-house
