Home Infusion Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe professional home infusion care focused on improving patient outcomes.

• Provide clear education to patients and caregivers to build confidence in managing infusion and enteral therapies.

• Collaborate closely with pharmacists providers and care teams to ensure coordinated wholeperson care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Exercise sound clinical judgment and autonomy in diverse home settings.

• Communicate effectively with care teams patients and caregivers in both written and verbal formats.

• Follow safety procedures for handling hazardous agents and blood/body fluids.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.

• At least 1 year of clinical infusion therapy experience including patient assessment and venous access skills.

• CPR/BLS certification.

• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.

• Valid drivers license and ability to travel within a large geographic area.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

• Experience in home infusion or specialty pharmacy settings.
