Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Luxury Retail Security Supervisor to lead on-site security operations at an upscale retail destination in Huntington Station NY. This role is ideal for a seasoned retail security professional looking to take the next step into leadership while working in a polished customer-focused environment.
As a working supervisor you will oversee daily security operations while serving as a trusted liaison to high-end retail tenants. You will set the tone for professionalism service and safety on property.
What Youll Be Doing
Supervise and support security officers during assigned shifts
Act as the main point of contact for luxury retail tenants
Maintain a strong visible presence on the sales floor and common areas
Address incidents emergencies and tenant concerns calmly and professionally
Ensure post orders and company standards are consistently followed
Complete detailed incident reports and shift documentation
Deliver white-glove customer service aligned with luxury-brand expectations
What Were Looking For
Minimum 1 year of retail security experience (required)
Previous lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Professional appearance and confident demeanor
Ability to multitask and remain composed in high-traffic environments
Reliable punctual and detail-oriented
Valid NYS Security Guard License (as required by assignment)
