• Manage and oversee daily operations of multiple reconstruction projects
• Ensure customer and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and monitor project schedules budgets and completion timelines
• Ensure all work complies with plans specifications local codes and scope requirements
• Maintain accurate project documentation including photos contracts change orders and permits
• Conduct end-of-day and end-of-job debriefs with supervisors and team members
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to achieve profitable outcomes
• Obtain required permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
• Submit final project documentation to the office ensuring required profit margins are met
  
  

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous construction or project coordination experience preferred but not required
• Strong organizational time-management and leadership skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet production goals and maintain profitability
• Must be able to use a personal mobile phone for company-related communication and applications
• Clean driving record and ability to travel to job sites as needed
• Ability to successfully pass a background check in accordance with applicable law
  
  

• Ability to stand walk drive and sit for extended periods
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
• Exposure to varying noise levels at active job sites
• Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor construction environments

• Schedule: MondayFriday 8-hour shifts
• Work Location: In person
