Job Summary

Burrow Global a leading engineering and design firm in the energy sector is seeking a seasoned TAR Project Manager to oversee the administration and execution of TAR projects. The role encompasses directing coordinating and optimizing engineering procurement and construction activities while serving as the primary liaison with clients. The incumbent will define project requirements by developing TAR execution plans.

Responsibilities/Duties:

Assume overall project performance responsibility ensuring adherence to schedule and budget constraints.
Input to the development of project execution plans including scope schedule and budget.
Define project charter scope WBS tasks milestones and deliverables in collaboration with project team.
Develop cost estimation for the entire duration of the project
Negotiate changes to project scope and deliverables with clients by established procedures.
Make authoritative decisions and recommendations that significantly impact engineering activities.
Foster and maintain extensive contacts with key engineers and stakeholders adeptly navigating critical issues through persuasion and negotiation.
Recommend and allocate personnel and financial resources to support programs aligned with organizational objectives.

Education and Work Experience:

A bachelors degree in engineering and PMP Certification are preferred.
5 years of Project Management experience in a petrochemical or refinery environment.
Thorough understanding TAR project development.
Proficient in CPM scheduling and project controls and possesses advanced project management expertise.
Broad knowledge of various engineering disciplines with particular expertise in at least one discipline.
