Job Summary
The Assistant Manager is responsible forrunning a profitable restaurant and ensuring the restaurant meets McDonaldscritical customer standards of Quality Service and Cleanliness. Thesestandards are high so this is a big job! The Assistant Manager collaborateswith the General Manager to establish the restaurants goals and develops aplan to achieve them.
To meet restaurant goals the AssistantManager works in collaboration with others. He or she leads a team of Managersthat has specific responsibilities in the restaurant. This means helping theManagers to set their own goals following up on their progress and providingcoaching and direction to improve their teams performance.
Ideal candidates should have previous GeneralManager or Assistant Manager experience running high-volume locations. Abackground in quick service restaurants is strongly desired or experience inhospitality or retail. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in ourrestaurants.
