Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Production Director as a Senior Post Producer you will take a leadership role in managing complex post-production projects optimizing workflows and ensuring seamless collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

• Lead post-production efforts across multiple workstreams ensuring efficiency and quality.

• Develop and optimize workflows for creative/social and localization projects.

• Manage relationships with vendors freelancers and internal stakeholders.

• Conduct final quality checks and oversee (localization) accuracy.

• Train and mentor junior post producers to build a strong team.

• Book and allocate editing resource.

• Embed a commercially minded culture and support the team to maximise all commercial opportunities.

• Develop client relationships and support retention and development.

Qualifications:

• English proficiency.

• Post-production experience across multiple platforms

• 5 years of experience with post production workflows.

• Advanced knowledge of video editing motion graphics and localization workflows.

• Experience across many projects managing time and resources according to each productions requirements.

• Knowledge of Adobe Suite Premiere / Photoshop/ After Effects etc

• Knowledge of TV formats codecs and audio standards.

• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.

• Leadership and team management abilities.

• Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance.
