What youll do:

• Provide input to the Business Operations Support team to prioritize incoming business requests.

• Consult with Business Units and Subject Matter Experts to identify clarify and document project objectives.

• Collect organize synthesize and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations.

• Assist in coordinating management team members to ensure objectives goals and milestones are on track.

• Ensure any changes are captured and effectively communicated to the implementation team.

• Will act as the key interface between the business and the project manager as they gather information document processes and confirm the final documents.

• May assist the project manager in providing more detailed project objectives; business needs analysis; clear structured usable requirements; tradeoff analysis; requirement feasibility and risk analysis; and cost-benefit analysis.

• Develop test schedules review or create test plans and track and document development/results. Verify solutions meet the requirements.

What youll need:

• 4 years of related experience.
• High school diploma required; Bachelors degree in related field preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations including deposit operations loan administration treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
• Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations rules and regulations industry standards and practices.
• Intermediate experience with data analysis and research with the ability to identify and escalate cases or inquiries to mitigate bank risks.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite.
• Intermediate experience with banking applications and systems preferred.
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
