We are seeking an Aerial Foreman to join our team. This position will require travel to job sites daily plus other states which could be up to /-75% annually depending on where you live. We currently have work in MT AZ IN OK TX NM and more this role you will lead the aerial crew in daily work to safely complete jobs install and/or repair aerial cable tv (CTV) coaxial and fiber cable and provide excellent customer service.

The Role
- Lead aerial crew in daily work to safely complete jobs
- Install and/or repair aerial cable tv (CTV) coaxial and fiber cable
- Place relocate and remove poles lines open wires drops and block wires to maintain efficient operation of the customers facilities
- Set up safety perimeter using signage cones and safety barriers
- Direct traffic in accordance with local Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines as necessary
- Work in a variety of environments; indoors outdoors tight spaces elevated
- Travel to various client sites sometimes overnight stays as needed
- Prioritize organize and efficiently complete tasks to meet deadlines
- Resolve and troubleshoot issues
- Navigate a variety of terrains managing tools and equipment
- Strive to provide the best customer experience every day
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2 years of experience working in and troubleshooting aerial fiber optic installation and/or telecommunications construction required
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
- Previous experience leading/managing others a plus
- Strong knowledge and understanding of OSHA safety requirements
- Familiar with NESC (National Electrical Safety Commission) safety guidelines
- Ability to safely climb poles with climbing equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Ability to lift and carry 70lbs consistently
- Ability to complete tasks with small components and wires
- Open to a variety of schedules; evenings and/or weekends as needed
- Ability to travel daily; up to 75% travel annually requiring overnight stays as needed
- Excellent customer service time management problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to complete work outdoors in tight spaces and elevated by bending reaching twisting climbing and working while standing up to 70% of the time
- Ability to safely work and navigate various terrains managing equipment safety equipment and tools
- Ability to use gaffs to climb poles
- Ability to build hardline on poles and use a lasher
- Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a drivers license is required if the role involves driving
- Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR Background Check Drug Screen)
