Compassionate Caregivers Needed

Preferred Care at Home of East Tennessee is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care to our clients in the Knoxville and surrounding area. This role involves supporting individuals with daily living activities ensuring their comfort safety and well-being in a respectful and dignified manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote positive mental health.
• Help with light housekeeping meal preparation and medication reminders as needed.
• Monitor clients conditions and report any changes to healthcare professionals or family members.
• Follow care plans tailored to each clients specific needs and preferences.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of care and professionalism.

Requirements

• Compassionate and patient nature with strong interpersonal skills.
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred
• Ability to work independently and reliably.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be able to pass background screening
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required to get to and from Clients
