Job Summary
Hiring Now for Full Time Medical Assistant for Innovative Pain Care (IPC)
Responsibilities:
- Greet and prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient care including taking vital signs and collecting specimens
- Prepare examination rooms ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Maintain accurate and efficient medical records and update patient information as needed
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns and inquiries
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of MA program is preferred but not required
- Experience working as a Medical Assistant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology anatomy and physiology
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems (EHR)
- Ability to read manual BP is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as individually
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule- Monday Wednesday Thursday 7 AM- 5:30 PM
Work Location: In person/onsite Main location Mount Pleasant
Travel is required between clinics in Mount Pleasant Franklin and Mequon as needed.
