Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a good employee experience
Administer local attendance and leave system to ensure employees shifts and attendance data are correctly maintained and updated
Administer Workday to ensure employee movements are captured on a timely basis and data is accurate at all times
Work with other HR function team members to ensure a smooth service delivery and great employee experience
Respond to managers and employee queries including topics related to disciplinary holidays overtime leave and other HR policies.
Support special projects sets People Function operations priorities understands and fulfils requirements timely evaluates results and responses to impromptu changes.
Support the business to comply with all statutory requirements pertaining to local labour laws; enforcing adherence to requirements advising managers on necessary actions.
Support to handle disciplinary issues grievances domestic inquiry and dispute mediation and ensures compliance with the Companys policies and procedures and prevailing applicable Acts or Regulations.
Support to plan and organize employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture and morale.
We are looking for
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Business Administration or related disciplines
Fresh graduate is welcome; candidate with 1year solid HR experience in a fast pace working environment is preferred
Good verbal and written skills in Japanese and English. Speaking Mandarin is an asset
Passion for delivering great employee experience
Possess good quantitative and analytical abilities; attention to details
Able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
Good problem-solving skills
High level skills of using Microsoft Office packages
