Position Overview:
We are seeking a Store Manager with strong hospitality and customer service skills to lead our team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on creating a positive customer experience both in person and over the phone while also managing the daily operations of the store. This role requires balancing operational excellence with hands-on leadership and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day store operations ensuring smooth workflow and outstanding service.
- Provide exceptional hospitality by greeting customers listening to their needs and ensuring clear communication about services.
- Manage phone inquiries with professionalism accuracy and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail hospitality or customer service leadership preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent service both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with point-of-sale systems.
- Valid drivers license required.
