Job Summary
Position Title: Vice President Emergency Services
Location: Houston TX
Type: Full-Time Executive Leadership MondayFriday (Days)
Compensation: $142958 $214448/year plus 17.5% target annual bonus (up to 150% based on performance).
Relocation and sign-on bonuses considered on a case-by-case basis.
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Vice President Emergency Servicesfor an exciting job in Houston TX.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead evidence-based emergency care patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
Optimize patient throughput and operational efficiency.
Promote a patient-centered culture and enhance patient experience.
Build coach and retain high-performing leaders; ensure workforce stability.
Drive strategic growth service expansion and community partnerships.
Manage operating and capital budgets labor productivity and cost control.
Qualifications:
Bachelors BSN and Masters degrees required
Active RN license (TX or Compact) and BLS certification
5 years recent experience as Director of Emergency Services including Level I/II Trauma Center leadership and multi-site ED management
