Position Summary:
Were seeking a dynamic Project Leader to join our Program Management team in the Life Science this role youll drive multiple projects within our Cell Culture Customized/Service Business Segment interfacing between our internal technical team and our prestigious customers including world-leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies and academic/hospital clinical centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead diverse and global projects from initiation to successful completion
- Facilitate and guide internal and customer-facing project team meetings across cultures and geographies.
- Develop accountability within the team to ensure timely task completion
- Handle and communicate project scope schedule resources and finances to key interested parties
- Implement effective risk management and issue resolution strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and maintain crucial project documentation
- Spearhead external collaboration initiatives
- Engage and communicate with stakeholders and leadership to keep the project aligned with their goals
- Apply project management tools (e.g. MS Project) to maintain accurate project schedules and resource allocation
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a scientific field (e.g. bioproduction biochemistry chemical engineering biotechnology biology or chemistry)
- 3-5 years of project management experience preferably in product development
- PMP or equivalent certification is beneficial
- Proficiency and knowledge of continuous improvement principles such as PPI 8-Step Problem Solving Process or equivalent is beneficial
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and meeting facilitation skills
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve conflicts in a team environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office suite including Excel Project Word and PowerPoint
- Experience leading teams in a design control and change management environment is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $83300.00$125000.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on which includes:
