What Youll Do:

• Research and Analysis:Conduct in-depth research on emergingAItechnologies and their applications within the manufacturing landscape
• Needs Assessment: Collaborate with various Business functions (IT Finance Manufacturing Floor Workers etc.) to understand current pain points identify opportunities forAIintegration and gather requirements for potential solutions
• Solution Evaluation:Evaluate potentialAIvendors and solutions based on functionality scalability security cost-effectiveness ease of integration and alignment with Marmons strategic objectives
• Proof-of-Concept Support: Assist in the development and execution of small-scale proof-of-concept projects for promisingAItools gathering data and feedback on their effectiveness
• Recommendation Development: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations outlining findings recommendedAIsolutions potential benefits risks and implementation roadmaps
• Documentation: Document research findings solution evaluations and project details in a clear and organized manner

What Youll Bring to the Role:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field such as: Computer Science Data Science Information Technology Business Administration with a focus on Technology/Analytics etc.
• Foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex information identify key insights and develop practical solutions
• Excellent research skills:Ability to gather synthesize and critically evaluate information from various sources
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word)
• Strong communication and presentation skills: Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proactive and self-motivated:Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Curiosity and a passion for technology and its application in business
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI)is a plus
• Basic programming skills (e.g. Python) for data analysis or scriptingare also a plus
