Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Diesel Technician to diagnose service and repair diesel vehicles in a fast-paced dealership environment. This role is ideal for someone who is knowledgeable in diesel systems detail-oriented and focused on delivering quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday occasional Saturdays as needed
Pay: $50-$60 based on previous experience and qualifications
Responsibilities:
Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on diesel trucks and vehicles
Conduct inspections preventative maintenance and engine overhauls
Utilize diagnostic tools and follow manufacturer specifications
Work closely with service advisors to communicate repair status
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety guidelines
Qualifications:
2 years of experience working with diesel engines
Ford Diesel Certification preferred
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
