Warehouse Operative

About the role

Youll be working in a busy temperature-controlled warehouse handling stock and preparing orders to meet strict schedules and quality standards.

You will be responsible for:

Receiving picking assembling and loading orders in line with KPIs

Operating Warehouse Management Systems and following customer schedules

Handling stock carefully to minimise damage and maintain accuracy

Using MHE safely (including pre-operational checks and defect reporting)

Following health & safety food hygiene and environmental procedures

Checking stock on receipt and storing at correct temperatures

Completing operational documents accurately and on time

About you

Youll need the ability to read and follow instructions work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines. MHE licences (reach and counterbalance) are desirable but not essential. An understanding of warehouse operations and a strong health & safety awareness will help you succeed.

You will be someone who enjoys a fast-paced busy environment works well in a team and stays focused under pressure. If youre task-oriented flexible and collaborative youll fit right in.
