Job Summary
A well-established secondary school in Newcastle is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Biology Teacher to join their science department on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity to teach motivated students within a supportive and collaborative science team.
The Role
You will teach Biology across KS3 and KS4 with opportunities to teach KS5 depending on experience. The role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons supporting students understanding of biological concepts and delivering practical work safely and effectively.
You will assess and track student progress contribute to departmental planning and maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement. You will work closely with colleagues to support curriculum development and student achievement.
