Job Summary

A fast-growing market-leading company is looking to bring on board a Global Pre-Sales Manager to lead opportunity generation and drive the development of the sales funnel across multiple markets.

This role blends leadership analysis commercial strategy and execution with a direct impact on business results.


Key responsibilities

  • Lead the Pre-Sales function strategically with a focus on mid- and long-term results.

  • Define prioritize and roll out opportunity generation strategies across local and international markets.

  • Manage and optimize the sales funnel ensuring quality conversion and predictability.

  • Track key performance indicators (OKRs and KRs) identify gaps and propose corrective actions.

  • Lead develop and mentor the commercial team driving performance and professional growth.

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales Marketing and Product teams to align messaging processes and priorities.

  • Actively participate in international expansion initiatives and strategic projects.

  • Ensure the continuous evolution of the commercial playbook incorporating best practices and global benchmarks.


Requirements

  • Fluent English (mandatory). Spanish is a plus.

  • Experience working in international markets.

  • 5 years of experience in commercial roles with at least 2 years in leadership positions.

  • Proven experience managing sales teams and developing new business.

  • Strong consultative sales profile.

  • Previous experience in technology companies is a plus.
