Assignment Description
This assignment involves leading the integration between payroll and finance as part of a Modernized Core HR & Payroll program. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate and consistent payroll postings into financial systems establishing strong reconciliation processes and maintaining governance compliance and control across multiple entities.
Job Responsibilities
Lead the payroll-to-finance integration stream within a Core HR & Payroll modernization program
Ensure effective integration between SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (SF ECP) and finance systems
Define and harmonize posting structures WTR templates and general ledger mappings across entities
Establish and execute reconciliation frameworks to ensure accuracy clear ownership and transparency
Plan and oversee cutover activities including balance validation readiness checks and fallback planning
Implement governance structures maintain decision documentation and ensure alignment with audit risk and compliance requirements
Collaborate closely with Group People and Group Finance stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment
Enable structured knowledge transfer and handover to the Payroll-to-Finance Process Owner for BAU operations
Requirements
Must Have
Solid background in accounting and controlling including general ledger structures chart of accounts and reconciliations
Demonstrated experience delivering payroll-to-finance integration initiatives
Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (SF ECP)
Strong knowledge of SAP ECC/ECP and related reporting capabilities
Experience working with SAP ECC and/or other financial systems
Proven ability to lead and coordinate project teams
Strong project management capabilities
Experience operating within governance frameworks and making structured decisions
Strong awareness of risk management and compliance requirements
Experience managing vendors and engaging with multiple stakeholder groups
Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce clear and structured documentation
Good to Have
Experience contributing to large-scale HR and payroll transformation programs
Familiarity with HR and finance system landscapes
Experience working in multinational or matrix-based organizations
Understanding of audit processes and regulatory requirements
Change management experience
