Job Summary
Tasks
- Develop and implement Business Process Management (BPM) solutions using Archer platform to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for BPM solutions.
- Customize and configure the Archer platform to align with business processes and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure that all BPM solutions meet company standards and client expectations.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed BPM solutions including troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a BPM Developer with RSA Archer or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in developing configuring testing and deploying Archer applications and solutions.
- Strong understanding of business process management concepts and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
