HR Manager / Recruiter (Fluent Russian & English)
Location: Remote (Ukraine Cyprus Russia Kazakhstan)
About the Opportunity
A growing fintech company specialising in analytics and risk management solutions for financial institutions is seeking an experienced HR Manager/Recruiter to join their international team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in building and scaling a dynamic multi-national workforce.
Responsibilities
- Organising and managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer
- Creating and posting job openings across various sourcing channels
- Searching for and selecting candidates from EU countries
- Filling international administrative and IT positions
- Conducting welcome meetings and one-on-one check-ins with employees
- Managing the onboarding process for new team members
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR management
- Higher education in Psychology Management or Economics
- Proven experience filling international administrative and IT positions
- Experience in mass/volume recruitment
- Ability to work at a fast pace and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Confident user of Microsoft Office Google Workspace and Canva
- Access to your own PC/laptop

- Competitive salary based on location:
- Cyprus: Gross monthly
- Ukraine: UAH (with potential for relocation)
- Russia: RUB (depending on role level)
- Kazakhstan: KZT (depending on role level)
