Nice-to-Have Skills:

Prior cold chain logistics experience
Experience with World Courier systems (WorldSTAR)
Knowledge of airport operations and tri-state area logistics
Experience handling FDA-regulated shipments and live animals

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Coordinate and process export shipments while maintaining product integrity
Verify shipment documentation prepare Master Air Way Bills and file SEDs as required
Monitor shipment status inventory of packaging and gel packs and replenishment needs
Maintain cold chain compliance for all temperature-controlled and FDA-held shipments
Coordinate with drivers monitor pickups and deliveries and manage dispatch schedules
Respond to shipment notes driver inquiries and operational issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

Background in import/export or air freight operations
Knowledge of cold chain management principles
Ability to work mornings weekends and flexible schedules
Strong organizational communication and multitasking skills
Ability to perform physical duties including lifting up to 70 lbs
